Our Story
Little Otis started with a drawing. Actually, it started with a constant stream of them.
I'm Jonathan, proud Dad to Otis. Like most children, Otis is always creating, often bursting to hand me his latest masterpiece.
As a busy working parent, I know how quickly family life moves. I always meant to do something special with his artwork — but drawings were tucked into drawers, made into books that gathered dust, or disappeared into an art tube, never to be seen again.
But every now and then, they create something that stops you.
For me, it was one of Otis's signature stick men — the one with the slightly wonky head that is completely and unmistakably his. It made him smile every time he looked at it. More than that, it captured Otis exactly as he was at that moment: his imagination, his personality, and the wonderfully imperfect way he saw the world.
I looked at it and thought: this deserves to be framed.
I searched for a simple way to turn it into a professionally printed and framed artwork — without losing the little details that made it his. When I couldn't find what I was looking for, Little Otis was born.
We make it easy for busy families to preserve the artwork that means the most. You simply send us a photo, and we carefully prepare, professionally print and beautifully frame it — preserving every original line, colour and imperfection that makes it completely theirs.
It might become a meaningful Mother's Day gift, a treasured surprise for a grandparent, or a forever piece for your own home. Rather than being hidden away in a memory box, it becomes part of your everyday life — a time capsule of their childhood.
Because to everyone else, it might be just a drawing. But to you, it's their childhood. And that deserves a place on the wall.
And Otis's wonky stick man? He became our logo.
