How does it work?
It's simple! Just four steps:
- Upload your artwork — take a clear photo of your child's drawing or painting and upload it when placing your order.
- We refine your artwork — before anything goes to print, our team carefully reviews your uploaded image. We fine-tune the composition, adjust the balance and tones, and ensure the artwork is perfectly centred and optimised for framing — so it looks its absolute best as a finished piece.
- We prepare and print — our production partner prints your artwork using premium Giclée printing and frames it beautifully.
- It arrives at your door — your one-of-a-kind framed piece is carefully packaged and delivered to you.
What kind of artwork can I submit?
Any of your child's creative work — drawings, paintings, doodles, watercolours, you name it. If they made it, we can frame it.
How do I take a good photo of the artwork?
A modern smartphone is all you need. For the best results:
- Lay the artwork flat on a light, plain surface
- Photograph it in good natural light (avoid flash)
- Make sure the full artwork is in frame with no cut-off edges
- Keep the camera steady and ensure the image is in focus
A Samsung Galaxy, iPhone, or similar quality smartphone photo works perfectly.
What sizes and frames are available?
We currently offer two sizes, each available in three frame colours — white, black, and natural wood. You can select your preferred size and frame colour when placing your order.
How long does delivery take?
All pieces are printed and framed to order. Please allow 3 business days for production, plus shipping time to your location. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Is shipping included in the price?
Standard shipping within Australia is included in the price of every order. Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost.
Do you ship internationally?
No sorry we do not. This may be a future offering though. Watch this space.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging every order, but if your piece arrives damaged or defective, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@littleotis.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
We'll review each case individually and work with you on the best resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every piece is custom-made from your child's unique artwork, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
