By placing an order with Little Otis, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

Custom Orders

All Little Otis products are made to order. Once your order is placed and your artwork has been submitted, production begins promptly. As a result, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes after an order has been confirmed.

Artwork Submission

You are responsible for ensuring the artwork you upload is your own (or your child's) and that you have the right to reproduce it. By submitting artwork, you grant Little Otis permission to print and frame it for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

We are unable to accept artwork that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout.

Shipping

Standard shipping within Australia is included in the price of every order. Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost. At this stage, we ship to Australian addresses only. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for information on damaged or defective items.

Limitation of Liability

Little Otis is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
