Returns & Exchanges
Because every Little Otis piece is custom-made from your child's unique artwork, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We hope you understand — each piece is made just for you.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging every order, but if your piece arrives damaged or defective, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@littleotis.com.au with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage or defect
We'll review each case individually and work with you on the best resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Incorrect Artwork Printed
If we've made an error with your order, please contact us immediately and we'll resolve it as a priority.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided, we're unable to guarantee redelivery and a replacement order may need to be placed at your cost.
Artwork File Quality
A clear smartphone photo of your child's artwork is all you need — no special equipment required. We're unable to offer refunds where print quality is affected by a very low-resolution or blurry upload.
