Our Story

Little Otis started with a drawing. Actually, it started with hundreds of them.

I'm Jonathan — a very proud dad to Otis, who has just turned five. Like most kids his age, Otis draws constantly. At home, at daycare, at preschool — there's always a crayon in his hand and something wonderful taking shape on the page.

For a long time, I didn't quite know what to do with it all. Some drawings got tucked away in a drawer. Others disappeared into an art tube, never to be seen again. A few favourites got taped to the wall — until they didn't. It felt wrong. These weren't just scribbles. They were Otis.

One piece in particular stopped me in my tracks. Otis had drawn his signature stick man — the one with the slightly wonky head that is entirely, unmistakably his. Not to everyone's taste, maybe. But to me, it's perfect. It's the kind of thing that makes you laugh and feel something all at once. I looked at it and thought: this deserves a frame.

That moment became Little Otis.

We exist for parents who feel the same way — who see something irreplaceable in their child's artwork and want to preserve it properly. Not hidden in a drawer. Not rolled up in a tube. Framed, displayed, and cherished.

That wonky stick man? He's our logo. And he's never looked better.
